E-mail Forwarding in Shared Website Hosting
If you have a shared website hosting plan with our company and you create email addresses in your account, you will be able to forward it with just a few clicks to another address of your preference. The option can be enabled when you set up a brand new mailbox or any time later on and disabled just as quickly in case you change your mind. This can be done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you will manage your account. You will also have the option to decide whether a duplicate of the inbound emails will stay on our servers or not. The benefit of this feature is basically that you will always have a copy on your end if something occurs with the other email address or maybe if it's not active for some reason during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. In case the option is not active, an email will be received, forwarded and deleted from our servers no matter if the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it might be a good idea to have it enabled just to be prepared.
